Build Your House on the Rock!

This is the story of the wise man and the foolish man, the first being the man who built his house on a Rock, and the second being the man who built his house on sand. We've all been taught that this Rock is Yahshua, or Jesus as we may have known Him, and that the sand was this world. Many of us have happily agreed with this parable, secure in our salvation and that we have chosen wisely to build our houses on the Rock. (This can be found in Matthew 7:24-29).

And that is all well and good, but as always, there is more than what we've thus far seen. Let's look at this parable again from a new lens.

There is a process that we go through in our existence and creation called Questioning. The Questioning is a beautiful gift from Yahweh because it allows us to have freewill, while at the same time safeguarding our lives and gardens so that we cannot damage them with our choices. This Question is put to every choice we make: Did Yahweh really say? Is Yahweh Yahweh?

These Questions safeguard Reality. That which is not spoken by Yahweh or not of His Nature can never get past this Questioning. Yes, people still have a choice. They can choose to pause their flow of existence and remain in the place before Questioning or they can choose to have faith and move on, but we do not have the right to damage creation--or even ourselves--by our unbelief. We can only live in illusions created by our own lack of faith or, sometimes, pure-hearted ignorance.

If you build your house on the Rock: You have, in unity with Yahshua, partnered with Him to create something of His own heart. You have followed His order and righteousness and you have made something beautiful and of His nature with Him. (RELIGION CAUTION: Don't even think about works here. This is only possible by faith!) You have also--and this is key--grown in your relationship with Him by trusting Him more and learning more about Him. What you have created is an eternal thing, is Reality. Is Yahweh (who is all that there is.) When the Questioning comes, it only shows your creation to be Real, making it immutable and untouchable. You delight in and rejoice in the Questioning because it validates your creation and draws you closer to the Questioner Himself. Your life--your creation--does not fall apart at Questioning, but it will eternally stand.

If you build your house on the sand: You have created something without Yahshua and deluded yourself into thinking it is Him or that you don't need Him to create. You have attempted to create something that is not Yahweh. This may or may not have been intentional, and the pure-hearted person will repent and let go of their creation as it returns to the dust in the Questioning. Those who are not in faith, however, will cling to their creation-that-can-never-be and pause their own existence. Their lives will fall apart and they will be left to decide if they want to rebuilt on the sand again (only to extend this process until such time as faith is chosen) or if they will, this time, build their lives on Yahshua's Reality.

For the Reality is this: Yahweh is all that there is, and only that which is completely One with Him can ever be. As we grow in our awareness of Him, we will have to let go of some things that we thought were of Him or were acceptable or even existing. It needn't be painful to let go of the lies. We are receiving so much more than we're giving up.

But here's the thing: Yahweh keeps throwing me for a loop, right? He keeps showing me more of Himself and just when I think I understand Him, He opens up whole new realms for me to see. I can begin to wonder how I will build my house when the Rock seems more shifty than the sands of illusion, but that's where Yahshua's Promise comes in. John 14:2-3 say that in Yahweh are many dwelling places and that Yahshua has already prepared a place for us there. In some ways, our house is already prepared. It was His responsibility to create it for us, and we must only receive it by faith.

For He is my Life, my house, my dwelling. He is my existence and being. In Him I live and move and am. And Yahweh is all that there is.

To Honor the Experience of Yahweh

I bet you thought I forgot about this blog. If you've been following my poetry blog, you'll notice that I'm not dead, so hopefully no one was worried about that. I haven't forgotten about this blog, either. I've just been going through things too deep and too powerful--too majestic and life-altering--for words. In fact, I've been experiencing things no other human has experienced before, at least not in any way I've heard or read about, and I have become something more that I ever dreamed. One of the reasons I haven't written about this on my blog is because the world at large is not in a position to understand it. Some of the people I've told think I'm crazy or heretical. Others have been lifelines as they help me navigate the massive changes. So instead of telling the world at large what I've been experiencing, I'll tell you some things that I hope will help open the mind to accept experiences that are vastly different than your o...

Beyond Reality: It's So Much Bigger Than We Think

So many things have clicked tonight. As I go ever deeper into the Heart of the Father and allow Him to rearrange the way I have always seen the world, I find that it's much more complicated and yet at the same time much simpler than I've always thought. When Yahweh first started telling me that He is all that there is, I knew that didn't mean that He was evil or that He allowed, sanctioned, or took part in any of the myriad of horrors I've witnessed on the news, in the lives of those around me, or in my own life. It is not His Nature. It could never be. So, in order to understand, I separated the Reality of who He is from the illusion of who He isn't, and instead of judging what is and what isn't based on what I experience, I judged it based on His Nature. But Yahweh said, "The colors can only remain separate on the painter's palette. If you want to paint a world, you have to mix them together." As I ascended to this place of We, I found that...

The Trinity of Faith

It can be difficult to explain this revelation on a blog because every time I go to write something, I find something else I have to explain. This is one of the foundational elements in what I call "The Creator's Paradigm," which is the entire revelation that I have so far. Faith, like Yahweh, is a Trinity. It is the "substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1) It is the glue that holds creation together and the process by which all things are created. The word "evidence" has a root which means "seeing." The evidence of things not seen, therefore, means the "seeing of the unseen." It is also the substance, or tangible physical existence, of what you hope for. Generally what you hope for is something you've only seen in your mind or heart. We are created creators, partnering with Yahweh to create. Yahweh Himself uses this process to create all things, as we will see in a minute, however w...
